Welcome to YachtGetter.com. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website.

  1. Reservation and Payment Policy All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a deposit. The deposit amount will vary depending on the charter and the length of the trip. The remaining balance must be paid before the charter date, and failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the reservation. Payment can be made by wire transfer, credit card, or other methods agreed upon by YachtGetter.com and the client.
  2. Cancellation Policy In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded according to the following policy:
  • More than 90 days prior to the charter date: full refund of the deposit
  • Between 60 and 90 days prior to the charter date: 50% refund of the deposit
  • Less than 60 days prior to the charter date: no refund of the deposit
  1. Weather and Itinerary Changes YachtGetter.com reserves the right to modify the itinerary or cancel the charter in the event of inclement weather, mechanical failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, the client will receive a pro-rated refund based on the time remaining in the charter.
  2. Liability YachtGetter.com is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused during the charter. Clients are advised to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
  3. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which YachtGetter.com is located.
