About Passion

Passion is a 2004 Lazzara 106 motor yacht for sale in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This 106 ft fiberglass yacht pairs a full-beam master suite on the lower deck with three further guest staterooms, a large flybridge with a Jacuzzi and bar, and a custom hydraulic swim platform that can stow a tender or become a beach club area. Her brochure details refit work in 2016, 2018 and 2021, including a new chiller plant and upgraded watermakers.

Passion is a 106 ft Lazzara motor yacht built in 2004, with a fiberglass hull and superstructure and fiberglass and teak decks. Her listing brochure describes a completely new, modern and bright interior and documents a long program of work: more than $1,000,000 spent in 2016 on a major mechanical and interior refit, an extensive interior and exterior refit in 2018, and a further round of systems work in 2021. Listed finishes include high-gloss cherry woodwork in the salon, Silestone counters in the galley, marble flooring in the dining salon and marble in the master head.

Full-length curved double sliding glass doors lead from the aft deck into the main salon, which is separated from the dining salon by fluted wood columns. The salon has a serving bar with a black galaxy granite top, and the dining salon has an oval table that expands to seat eight beneath a light backlit with tiger onyx. A hallway leads on to the galley, which has an island sink, Sub-Zero refrigeration and a breakfast nook that seats six. The pilothouse includes an elevated settee, a captain’s desk and a Stidd electric helm chair.

The flybridge is laid out for entertaining, with a Jacuzzi beneath a sun pad, a curved teak-topped bar with sink, refrigerators and ice maker, two circular settees and a double banquette, and an upper helm station. A 2,000 lb. capacity hydraulic davit is integrated into the flybridge side walls. The aft deck offers teak al fresco dining and a wet bar with a commercial ice maker, and the transom sport deck has personal watercraft pods with hydraulically activated doors. A custom hydraulic swim platform with a two-stage lift, listed in the 2018 work, can stow a tender or serve as a beach club area.

Power comes from twin DDC/MTU 16V2000 diesels. The brochure gives a cruising speed of 14 knots and a maximum speed of 25 knots, and points to her 5′ 6″ (1.67 m) draft as allowing her to anchor in secluded destinations. It also states that she has been maintained by her professional captain and crew and that all service records and receipts are available.
